| South Carolina's Satellite Network is operated by South Carolina Educational Television and utilized by the colleges and universities of the state to share educational opportunities. Horry-Georgetown Technical College serves as a receiving site for many courses delivered on this network. Students taking these courses may attend satellite classes on HGTC's Conway Campus but are not considered enrollees of the delivering institution. (Some programs require lab work done outside of Horry-Georgetown counties.) Many prerequisite courses or these programs are offered at HGTC. | ||||||||||
