HORRY-GEORGETOWN TECHNICAL COLLEGE WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE  

If you are considering withdrawing from a course or courses, you must complete HGTC’s withdrawal process.  Follow the following procedure to initiate a correct withdrawal from your course(s): 

1. Pick up “WITHDRAWAL FORM” in the Registrar's Office and fill out 2. Obtain signature of Instructor 3. Obtain  signature of Academic Advisor   4. Obtain a Counselor signature  5. If complete withdrawal from all classes, obtain Library signature 6. Return form to Registrar's Office for processing
