Horry-Georgetown Technical College Approach
The Culinary Arts program is designed to help the student achieve the maximum of their skill, while progressing them to achieving their individual
goals both in and out the classrooms.

Foundation of Culinary Arts
Recognized by the American Culinary Federation this program provides working knowledge for all the individuals in the culinary field. This field also allows students to enhance their knowledge in practical presentation of simple foods, terminologies and techniques. Students are also involved in the preparation of food categories such as sauces, salads, baked products, meats, poultries, vegetables, and many other varieties of of food. Meanwhile, students gain hands-on experience, while  preparing the different categories of food in the school dinning services.
